the only way to get this pole, was, to win the fishing contest on saturaday in Dalaran serveral times, 5000 rep for win, 150 rep for a shark!!
dont know any twink who hits this up to exalted until the contest was removed!

btw i know someone who might give me his account and he has it, do you know which class would benefit the most hit damage?
im guessing 24 feral druid, but warriors have the most melee attacks, shouldnt they do more damage with it

ok thanks Medo, but now i have someone telling me that this fishing pole was never possible to be obtained on Us realms at lower levels, and only on some china realm.
because some guy on a china realm got it.
is that true or was it possible to get on ALL realms

dont know about it, i know that secculision won it 4 times, but you needed that time 9 wins or 8 wins as human to gain exalted!
won it on my rogue 2 times, but that shark was rng, so have to be very lucky to get 9 wins!

I play Rogues and Paladins @ 20 and 24. I did play Warriors however had to delete due to the damned 10 chars per realm.
Gotta say that Rogues pretty much level anything they come across - the insta-burst is really a thing of beauty.
IMO and based on what I've played (and played against). My top three melee dps have to be:
1. Rogue (Subtlety closely followed by Assassination, very rare to see anyone playing Combat in BGs)
2. Paladin (Protection followed by Retribution. Heals - both themselves and other supporting players, Bubble, SoL, interrupts - their BG survivability often means doing more DPS over the course of the BG than other classes). a well geared / well played Prot Pally is a complete 'mare to take on.
3. Warrior. Great FCs however doesn't quite have the same ability as Paladins to keep alive when healers in the BG are few and far between. Good DPS and again can be a demolition ball in any BG if played well.
