Each time you leave you don't actually get -200 mmr - atleast not at 70, tested it - however lets say for arguements sake you did.. we drop from say 2480-2500 to 2250-2300, then we win 10games = 2400 + then we film the 11th game, 12th game = 2.4k +

Only ze german wintraders have rbg titles, however there are alot of arena master one's also after people on stormscale got abused to boost 2 sets of 5 in return for their own title.
