who you calculate that?

i thought its only +3% hit for each lvl, so 6%+13*3=45%
is it wrong?

Melee hit caps:
- Equal level = 3%
- Every level higher than that = +1.5% per level
- Same for expertise

Spell hit caps:
- Equal level = 6%
- Each level up to 3 higher = +3% per level
- Every level higher than that = +11% per level

Miss has a cap of 95%.

Hey guys, the BiS list has now been UPDATED!!!! (wohoo) I've just come back from a long break so hopefully the lists are correct =)
 
One note on frost mages, Golden staff > torrent staff, gain 5 stam, 32 haste, 34 spellpower, 57 spirit (minor), all you lose is 50 hit ( i have plenty using golden staff) and 49 crit, i take 32 haste and 34 spellpower over 49 crit and 50 hit anyday. You become over hitcap from pve gear anyway, and youre a frost mage, its not like stacking crit is gunna do much :) The 5 stam and spirit are just a nice bonus. Also sunfire pendant for neclace (jc neck), rings are ugly :p you want band of eternal sage (rep ring) and ring of omnipotence (sunwell drop) just some suggestions :D

I enjoy being hit capped.
 
BiS ring for FDK wouldn't be Stormrage Signet, it would Band of Devastation and other BiS Trinket wouldn't be Shard, it would be Dragonspine Trophy, DKs need the haste to keep runes up. Also, no one really DWs anymore due to the fact that you'd do more damage as 2 handed weapons rather than duel weilding. But say if you were to Duel Wild, you'd use Main Hand glaive and for Off Hand you'd use Muramusa. Not trying to judge harshly, just saying from what I know :3
 
This may be true, but ~18% critical vs. ~450spell power + ~16% haste, I just don't see stacking crit doing more dps.
24% more crit (selfbuffed + critcal mass)
with profession nearly 80% crit with this set.

You do many more attacks in the same time (5min fight) and your critical hits do 100% more dmg.
With a lucky burst you can do 6-8k dps in 60sec. Not possible with int/haste gear as fire.

Your linked assassination rogue should get some daggers instead of fist weapons. The sub rogue should do so as well, atleast for his main hand. Mutilate and Backstab are kind of important.

I'm surprised that you didn't pick up the legendary swords instead, for the combat rogue. Maybe the math works out on that, I don't know.

Edit: Didn't notice the URLs are exactly the same for all 3 specs. That would explain a lot. There's no point in listing 3 different links if they're all the same link. You should fix that.

Fury doesn't have enough crit in my experience. I would change some enchants or even gems to Crit (+5Str/10Crit) if possible (cloak being one).

If you get no Raging Blow you're gonna be useless. That being said Arms is already ten times as overpowered as Fury.

I would also use Unstoppable Aggresor's Ring, it has more AP.
