Best hunter pet?

Pet doesnt even matter at all since u only want it for interrupt but you have both Counter Shot and Scatter Shot you should kill em before both are used on interrupting heals.

Sure it does matter. My bats stun helps me alot on killing droods/Hpalys !

I don't get why you would pick silence > stun?

4sec lock out, 25yd range, 1 min cd - 2 sec stun, 20yd range, 2 min cd?
Moth is useless against non-casters, and for Instant spammers like druids, priests popping shield etc. Bat can be used to everything, and you don't have to worry about fake casting

Bat stun is super short, and the cooldown is super long. You're going to get nowhere arguing about this, lol. There are pluses and minuses.

It's 5yd longer lol... and 30 sec longer but mkay, I see what you mean. But against non-healing teams Bat is still best imo

by super short he means the durations not the range. bat stun is half as long as the lock out and has twice the cooldown. thats 1 minute more, not 30 sec.

CD for moth is 1min?

But yeh, in that 2 sec the Bat stun lasts, they can't move etc, while for instance if you silence druid he could port away etc

and cd for bat is 2 min? idk but that sounds a lot like 1 min difference to me

as mentioned before tho both got their perks

I personally run Double Monkey's and let me explain why:

It has no DR's in this bracket with anything else. People argue that the .5 second cast time makes it impossible to get it off when you want it. I never find this an issue, a hunter should know the damage he/she can do, thus being able to read the situation accordingly to compensate for any "delay" your stun might yield. 95% of the time my pet blind goes on my focus target, with a non DR'd scatter right after. It's a ranged stun, so a simple macro telling your pet to cast dash before using pet blind helps a lot.

I run 2 because both stuns are on 2 separate CD's. I dismiss/re-summon accordingly to provide teammates with pet peels, and Roar Sacs, and still maintain the hunter damage we all fear.

Monkey isnt stun it's a "Blind" effect, dmg will break the effect iirc

But the part about having 2x pet sounds cool, if your first monkey casts blind, can u summon your 2nd and the ability will be off CD?

yes, different pets have different CDs.

Bat/Wolf is best. Bats situational use and times when ONLY a bat can help far exceeds that of a moth. Bat compared to monkeys is no contest at all. Wolf is helpful so you have an offensive or buffing pet and 5% crit>10% as
