Best bracket to twink at?

I tried xp-off queuing at 59, no games.

What bracket gets games these days?

20-29?

Can i get some screenshot of recent XP-off games played, thanks!

I just want to look at the stats and take an educated guess as to how competitive they are.

well, this was my educated guess because 20-29 and 50-59 have "natural support" in terms of popularity.

20-29 has people that are F2P
50-59 has people that havn't bought shadowlands

50-59 doesn't work, i already tried it on my 59 that turned off his exp.
 
When you have an unsubscribed account you can still access toons up to level 20, and they wont level above 20 while you're inactive. Doing that with your XP unlocked puts you into the levelers queue along with f2play accounts.

This is pedantic so I don't care to get too into it but those are most commonly referred to as party sync toons, characters, whatever, they're not really 'twinks'. Max level toons aren't twinks because, well, they're max level.
 
Never tried a party sync toon before, but it just occurred to me that it might be a fun way to farm Honor Gear....what’s the deal with them? Are they as strong in a 20s BG as a twink? How should they be geared, etc? Obviously get a much larger kit, but how does the gear/stat scaling compare to a BiS vet? Or is it really just as simple as taking your regular lvl 60, joining a psync 20s group and clapping cheeks in BGs?

Last time I tried it was in BFA and my stats were ass. But now you have other tools like covenant n shit to make up for it. Think of a party sync toon like a Legion templated character in terms of stats. It's never gonna be anything amazing, and your ilvl, sockets and enchants won't help you.

So that truly IS PvP for people who cant hack it at max level? I just dont see the draw... o_O

edit- do they at least get to keep more abilities? I guess that'd make some sense.

a level 60 in ilvl 140 gear joined my level 20-29 bg, they were prot pally and had 5k hp, top healing and second most damage so yh
