EU+US Battlegrounds in Legion

obviously fun is subjective. I'm looking for other's opinions of the bracket

Having played a couple of games SP/Rogue in skirmish, I can say that the hit chance thing is complete bogus.

Enemy team lvl79 rogue/enha

We find the rogue with mind sear. My rogue tries to cheap shot, it misses. Enemy Rogue cheap shots him instead because he's lvl79 so he can see my teammate from miles away. I try to peel. Fear misses. I try to silence the Shaman. Miss. My Rogue tries to kidney. Miss. Shadow Dance Cheap Shot. Miss.

It's actually unplayable.

Time to make 79's in MoP gear. You get Mastery as well ^.^

Got to make a new character to do that though and I'd rather play at level 39 or something then.

Here's some fun thing you can do until weapon set bonuses in Battlegrounds are fixed;

1. Enter BG.
2. Equip Weapon Set Bonus (my favorites are Fang of the Crystal Spider and Venomspitter, spammable immobilize).
3. Die once.
4. Equip normal weapons and benefit from whatever set bonus the previously equipped weapons had.
5. Collect more weapon set bonuses and repeat steps 1-4.
6. Have 4 Weapon Set bonuses as passive abilities and rek everyone.

Probably also works for non-melee'ers, but haven't tried.

that's what i feared would happen. god knows why blizz felt the need to remove level scaling.

even in wotlk it wasn't quite as bad as it seems to be nowadays. especially not as melee.

@Revoman 70 atm is horrendously flawed. Once lvl 70's stop missing targets (which happened in wod as well in other brackets, i.e lvl 20's missing on lvl 29's), then it might change. As of right now, if you want to play in the 70 bracket, play as a 79 or not at all. Wait for the hit chances to get fixed. Which they will, eventually. Just like in WoD.

I enter a BG, I'm level 70, I scale to the same stats as everyone else in my raid group (even level 79s)

I'm not sure this is happening, I think 79s or 29s in our case have more base stats, regardless of item level. I saw a 29 with 9k health in bear form. We have 4k. That's not an item level difference, that's huge. High Item Level should give like 2 more Stamina...

I don't think they fix hit, which is sad and ridiculous tbh. Screw scaling us or our gear up just grant everyone enough hit for a +9 in BGs. I know the stats is stilt there... seems like a very easy fix.

At 70-79 I didn't see any difference, but there's no one there that outdoes the cap usually.

The lack of people caring about Set Bonuses working in Battlegrounds kind of dissapoints me, I thought it was a great find.
