Balancing free WoW with free WAR

IMO WAR's free trial is pretty good if you love pvp. I played WAR's free trial for about a year a while back. Have a Dwarf Engineer named Wariodorf with blue gear that is not obtainable anymore and also the helm received from the lair in Ekrund.
