if you're asking about firelands, yes. there was a 20 out there that got his firekitty.
i think its just firelands we can get into (for Cat raids), correct?

Nevermind about what, i have seen people at lv 20-24 standing EXALTED with pandaria reputations.

Rep insignia dropped by Zandalari mobs don't have a level requirement so I'm guessing those reps should be obtainable.

Exalted with the Lorewalkers might be obtainable on linked accounts if Grand Commendation of the Lorewalkers - Item - World of Warcraft works bnet-wide. Might be some points short off exalted though...

can't remember where, but i think someone said they can use the bonus reputation feature when running LFG to get reputation with Tillers and other factions that don't have dropped insignias. Has anyone tried this? If so, which reputations have you been able to increase?

Tillers and Anglers 100% working, they also dont have any insignias.
