Assassin's Blade and Talon of Vultros

I have ToV on my 19 rogue and I can confirm that it is NOT BiS. I tested quite a few ambushes using dagger + Shadowfang (both with 15 agi) bit and it seems that Scout's Blade - Item - World of Warcraft > Sharpened Scarlet Kris - Item - World of Warcraft > Talon of Vultros - Item - World of Warcraft
