Anyone notice something strange with this update. I dont see it referencing 110's only. Could this mean that per week, you get 1 AK level per week with your main and AK level of your highest AK leveled toon is given account wide. If this is true, might be a welcome change for us twinks. I'm like damn I just hit 23 traits earlier this week.

I doubt it but I bet there will be a time when sub-110s will be able to get AP more easily. When? No clue. POssibly after last raid is launched.

This is likely correct. WoD did a similar thing with Reputaion catch up via the Medallions that only came out when Tanaan Jungle went Live. Now, will ALL Characters 98+ have the same AK as what it seems like, certainly possible, but I'm not holding my breath and will continue leveling all 8 of my Legion Twinks' Artifacts just in case it's 110 exclusive.

I will say this though, while I'd welcome equal AK for all 98+ I know someone who's going to be super pissed, cough @Winterly cough.

Ima be especially upset considering i refuse to make a 110 as it might take away the time or enjoyability of my 101

This is for sure my last twink. Too much time put into him to start up something new. Plus if artifact knowledge doesn't end up coming out, I'll treat it how I still do. Try to get highest artifact level. That could take entire next xpack
 
While I haven't farmed dungeons endlessly like some people do, I have definitely put in my fair share of time with my almost 19 DK, my 17 hunter, and my 3 other mid-teen artifact-wielding twinks. I wouldn't mind if it became easier to obtain since I would love to be able to get 3 golden dragons on all 5 of them.
 
went on the PTR..all my 110's went up to 41 as wowhead said but my twinks didnt get even 1 level, so i think its still req 110 because 101 dont know about artifact knowledge

Could you imagine the damage we could do with a capped weapon?.. I'm getting a tad bit too excited just thinking about it lol
