Arenas Troubleshooting

In arenas I'm unable to use both the Spinal Healing injector and Precious Bloodthorn Loop (In BG's they work just fine). I have been playing like this for a few weeks now since i assumed it was just how it is. I recently mentioned it to someone and they said they thought the items should be usable, so I became curious. I then thought it might be because of an addon, but that wasn't it.

I've tried google searching + searching the forums for more info. but found nothing, so I'm reaching out.

Yea it's not a bug, arena is much more restrictive on what you can use.

Its intended to not work in arenas, just as Alchemy Flasks, consumables etc.

I actually thought so, and have been doing arenas for a few weeks now. i recently mentioned it to someone and they said maybe they were usable, so here I was wondering. Thanks

Select few profession effects work in arena. If you really want to min/max you’d have to focus on intended play style (BGs vs arena/WGs) and pick professions based on that. I think for 20s engineering is still a very strong contender even if you’re planning to exclusively arena or WG.

alchemy would definitely be out and can be replaced by profs that give higher passive stat or gear benefits.
