To further elaborate on what Goesid said, you have to do the quest chain in Deepholm to even be able to obtain rep with them in the first place. Start off with hated, quest chain brings you to friendly (or neutral). Do that, and then do the dailies. Timewalking for Cata isn't for a hot minute as far as I'm aware, otherwise that'd be an easy solution to rep.

Yup.

It's for 19s, but also applies to 20s.
