Stat wise: The scaling at 24 is better than 20 with majority of the gear. Not to mention the resistance from the leather bracers/rings are incredibly OP for anyone who has nature/arcane resistance from their racial bonus.
There is no point in being a P2P 20 with P2P gear/enchantments/professions/etc.
However if you wanted to be a P2P 20 with F2P gear restrictions, join a F2P community, it can be very fun. And personally, there's nothing fun about facerolling people who are a lower level than you, with a significant gear difference. It would be like letting lvl 80 twinks fight lvl 70 twinks in battlegrounds.
There's absolutely no reason to stop ur XP at 20 and gear as a 24. There's plenty of reasons to stop your xp at 20 and gear as a F2P.
Either go 24, or go 20 and gear as a F2P.

With WoW becoming basically a transmog run for nostalgic people who can't let go, I see no reason to pay for it anymore. I know this happens all the time pre-expansion, but pandas? Really? Sure, seeing them every now and then in WC3 or in WoW would be nice, but eating your favorite Oreo milkshake from Jack in the Box and a side of season fries for every meal would get old.

I was upset hearing the new race was Panda Bears too. I would have been excited if Horde got Ogres as a playable race........................................but Panda Bears?!?!?!?!?!

They wanted to go with the asian theme, wich i find awsome looking. Then they needed a race for this theme, I think panda's are not that bad when you think about it. Now if the new race would have been asians....then people had all rights to be upset. But don't tell me that the pandaren zones aren't awsome looking.
