Any news on incoming updates?

I keep hearing from various vets/29s in the community that some updates are coming that are apparently nerfing chants, notably satyr and ele force, and also buffing the stats on blue items. Is there any concrete data on these updates, on specific stat tweaks and also the times of rollouts? was just wondering if anyone knew more about these "updates" or if it is all just speculation.

There's literally a thread up right now on the front page called "(19s) 8.1.5 Enchants & Item Changes" with in-game screenshots of live and PTR comparisons. You gotta put in a little bit more of an effort with using ur eyes next time my friend
