On my 29 that can fly, nothing dropped from Doomwalker in Tanaris or Kazzak in Blasted Lands. Tried both twice.

huh.... got gold from azuregos on the original that didnt from kazzek. I'm stumped.

Yeah, I'm not sure what to make of this. For clarity's sake, this character has killed Kazzak and looted the neck from him two years ago. I recently leveled him to 29 after sitting on 25 since either WOD or Legion. Even if the gear doesn't scale currently, It might be important to collect, considering these are considered raid bosses. At least that's my logic for the whole quest<dungeon ilvl difference.

It's entirely possible that I've killed azuregos already on that toon that got nothing from kazzak, and never kazzak, since the dragon is right outside org. I feel like I remember it being a big deal for 60 one year cuz it was better than t2? Sometimes?

On Beta and Live, noticed the Epic AV Vendor gear hasn't change ilvl (yet?). They are stuck on ilvl20-ish.

There is a toy from doomwalker, if dont already have it. Requires level 30 though. Plus ones from vendor though they havent changed since last year

Uh it's 4:40 am and im in bed. Can u check the hillsbrad foothills vendor, buy some gear then copy to PTR or beta to see if they scale . I can't start up my pc in the living room without triggering the fam.

They don't scale. Checked on beta

It seems like items marked as [Timewalking] stays ilvl24 ish, even epics.
Might be a bug, that could end up getting fixed. But if I were to guess, I dont think they'll end up being as high ilvl other epics, like Book of the Dead or WoD procs
