Anyone know if it's possible to get this to scale down to 10/11 without having the "adventure mode" in dragonflight completed on a fresh account?

You need to have completed df campaign at least once on your account. Should probably use the search bar before making another why can’t my 10 loot amnesia thread.

You cant get it from Forgotten Creation but it has a small chance to drop from Disoriented Watcher with daily attempts

I mean if 4 recruiting threads can be bumped once a week questions about gear in the question & answer subforum shouldnt be an issue

teeeechnically, this is "Questions and Answers" in the website support subforum. Its supposed to be Q&A about the forums/site. Not the game.
