Anyone know if it's possible to get this to scale down to 10/11 without having the "adventure mode" in dragonflight completed on a fresh account?

You cant get it from Forgotten Creation but it has a small chance to drop from Disoriented Watcher with daily attempts

I mean if 4 recruiting threads can be bumped once a week questions about gear in the question & answer subforum shouldnt be an issue
