Here is a compilation of the BiS items for Alliance hunters. This does NOT count BoA's and does not count the randomly enchanted drops from LFD bags. I Will update with Horde gear once I've had time to go through.

Hunter BiS (Non BoA)

Chest - Armor of the Fang (Lord Pythis, WC)

Feet - Standard Issue Prionser Shoes (Randonlph Moloch, Stocks)

Hands - Naga Battle Gloves (Lady Saveress, BFD)

Head - Rifle Commander's Eyepatch (Quest - The Gnoll King, Stocks, Alliance only)

Legs - Aluwyn's Legguards (Quest - Twilight Falls, BFD)

Additional options:

Crit based - Smelting Pants (Helix Gearbreaker, DM)

Hit based - Hogger's Trousers (Hogger, Stocks)

Shoulders - Serpent's Shoulders (Lady Anacondra, WC)

Aditional options:

Crit based - Shadowfang Spaulders (Quest - Fury of the Pack. SFK)

Waist - Belt of the Fang (Lady Anacondra, WC)

Wrists - Bands of Serra'kis (Old Serra'kis - BFD)

Neck - Sentinel's Medallion ( 20 Honor, Ashenvale)

Ring 1 - Ello's Band (Quest - The Embalmer's Revenge, Duskwood)

Ring 2 - Ring of Precision (Zone Drop - BFD)

Additional Options

Protectors Band (20 Honor, Ashenvale - Plausible until Ring of Precision is obtained)

Trinket 1 - Rune of Duty (20 Honor, Ashenvale)

Trinket 2 - Insignia of the Alliance
 
You are missing some things for your basic gear list. It's a bit incomplete and/or confusing like this ^^

Shoulders - Shadowfang Spaulders

Back - Tumultuous Cloak of the Bandit

Chest - Armor of the Fang

Waist - Vigorous Belt of the Bandit

Wrist - Black Wolf Bracers or Bands of Serra'kis

Hands - Naga Battle Gloves

Rings - Ello's Band, Signet of Argas / Ring of Precision

Legs - Aluwyn's Legguards

Feet - Standard Issue Prisoner Shoes / Feet of the Lynx

Weapons - Wicked Dagger (2x) or Dissector / Doomspike

Bow - Naga Heartpiercer

Trinket - Rune of Duty, Arena Grand Master & Insignia of the Alliance
 
Mmmhmmm... But when its equipped the armory shows your character as male. Im sure similar transformations will do the same.

Could be possible yeah. Ive also seen links without the character having it equipped showing up as male or female while they werent. Seen alot of them links lately for making that f2p names thread. Ive seen myself as female to while my nelf is male, maby cause of savory perhaps? :D

The only thing I didn't include were weapons, but everything else you listed was already pointed out, bar Signet of Argas.
