All of my questions about twinking

I haven't played a twink in a longest time and I've only recently got back into WoW so I have quite a few questions about twinking. For Some reason I've tried using the search function on my phone and I can't find anything relevant to my questions. It's probably just my phone. So instead of posting a bunch of different threads I decided to ask them all in one.

1: Since the biggest twink bracket until Wod is 20-24 and not 19 anymore can someone provide me with a full gearing guide for a level 24 Rogue? I'm going to get all of the pvp heirlooms and guild heirlooms etc so I will have that advantage. All the other gear though maybe even link an armory to a decently well geared 24 rogue player so I can Wowhead all of their items. Also if all of the enchants for an assassination or sub rogue could be posted that would be great!! Also, I was told mongoose isn't the best enchant for daggers anymore and there is a better one that procs much more often. Also what's the deal for daggers? Heirlooms I mean. Can you equip two of the same dagger or can you only have one dagger that's an heirloom?

2. Que times & ganking.

I'm going to Que for bgs but what are they like I play Horde on black Dragon flight pvp so it's pretty full but I'm assuming usually 5 to 10 min wait? Also what are good and fun spots to gank? I want a 20-30 zone because I'm sure I can still down 30s. Also can twinks arena or is that a certain level required?
 
There are stickies to answer a few of your questions. There is a armory thread and an enchant thread. Many of these enchants MAY become grandfathered soon.
The bracket will be expanding to 20-29 soon. We get pops pretty much 24/7. Queue times depend on faction and time. Horde has much better queue times because it has less players but better quality and variety than Alliance. Both are short, relatively speaking.
We can arena now but come the next major patch skirmishes are back. I suggest you read up on the expantion alpha notes.

Also all the rogue twinks I see are using the justice heirlooms. Should I use those as well? It would take me FOREVER to get all of the honor heirlooms.. Also i see people use maces as a rogue, why is that? I'm not sure if you're able to equip two of the same item so should I get one heirloom dagger and one heirloom mace? Or can I dual wield the same Jp heirloom weapon?

Thank you so much for that link it was super helpful and answered pretty much all of my questions:

Last 3: should I be using the boa daggers or maces? Some people use maces because of dps?

Where is a good ganking spot being a Horde? Leveling spots or whatever from level 20-30 what is a good spot?

Lastly when is the bracket changing back to like 19, 29, 39 etc. Just wondering because I'm going to gear up my character and have to restart.

Id go with bangalash claw - outlaw sabre/blackvenom blade

None of us know yet, it all depends on scaling which level would be best, but i assume rogues want to have their sprint at 26 :)

Best in slot is very very subjective nowadays. It all depends on your play style and what you intend to do. For instance some call me crazy for stopping my shamans at level 20 because I miss out on one ability. But I gain over 300 unbuffed health in a BG just from staying level 20.
There is a plethora of enchants available for us now. They all scale and many of they may be going away come WoD. There are 3-4 enchants that could help you for your cape alone. 3-4 for your boots, etc. Take a look at the enchant scaling list and go to chardev. Make YOUR toon, not someone else's.
Don't be a follower, be a trendsetter.

All thoses rogues aren't bis. For glass cannon should have ap on bracers and Blackvenom blade in oH. Belt of the raptor belt. Greater inscription of vengeance shoullders AP wise. (Glass canon spec)

There a lot other changes but they are up to playstyle. 2nd sub spec. Ass. very viable but not as good as sub. Both can return flag but I'm sure he's asking about face roll ( 1 shot ambush) spec and set up. Thoses rogues armories it's there playstyle.

Race wise ally - Nightelf , horde orc - bis faceroll ambush races.

So all of you were Wrong glass canon/ cookie cutter wise.

I believe my toon is BIS for my play style... I prefer more agility on boots and the agm so you can re-stealth (Night-Elf Racial) to dip combat with dots. Secondly, I believe the 5/5 Bandit belt is BIS over the raptor belt. Just my preference. Honestly, depending on how you play is how you should gear your rogue. Best of luck gearing and ill see you in the gulch! ^.^
