Affliction lock

What if someone were to stack haste and get around 2k hp and run affliction with harvest life?
That being said, does anyone know the max haste % a caster can have including the 3 haste dagger tomb, new chest, trinket, etc etc, i would test but i do not have the required boa's to complete this

56 haste there abouts * .198= 11.088%

So:

7 full ticks
1 additional tick at 77.616% strength

Corruption
9 full ticks
1 additional tick 99.792% strength

i think max haste would actually only be 11.09%... which would also be hard to get around 2k hp
