EU Active EU 19s Guilds?

Are there any active 19s guilds in EU atm? I'm willing to start on a new server (will eventually character transfer).

I've just returned so wanting a 19s guild to join for motivation, Grinding for the BiS can get kind of boring when not in a guild being able to talk to people.

There will only be wpvp and pve twinking left. Twinking in its original form for instanced pvp will be gone. You decide how you feel about that. Some find this shit, some find this awesome.

Well here's my point of view, Legion is coming out soon bud so EU & US are dead for 19 twinking at the moment. Although me and a few others are planning to make a fresh guild, realm not decided yet. Just so see how the fluidity of activity will be, so we can finally start something over on EU because there's no more excuses right? Instant pops? So I know in this sense yes the pug level will drop. But people that I know will still be playing 19s on EU it'll be good to see you lot form other guilds to get friendly competition, as the guild me and 1-3 friends are making will be aimed at starters or not veretan players. So I'm pumped to see what legion brings to the table!

What he means, is that everyone will essentially be the same. No real advantages. Right now, some of the ideal concepts of twinking is that you pimp out your character to the max. This takes work and dedication, and some people have acquired unobtainable items at this point. None of this will really matter with the new system (except for higher ilvl items). That is what he means when he says instanced PvP will not be the same.
As for the WPvP content, it will remain, because that is not "instanced" pvp. So your enchants, and actual gear will matter more.
