First of all I'm removing the top section because it's poitnless, then renaming them, the whole alpha / beta thing would only work with 2 sections imo.

Plus next to name means i'd want to move it up, minus means I want to move it down, and equals stays.

Apart from that it's the same as Saxx's list. No particular order within tiers
