Phobia
Grandfathered
Hey, as many of you may have heard we have dropped out of the TC.
Why: I feel that other than a few people on the team, no one really cared to put in the effort. Now, this was due to a mix of things. Some people had a busy schedule this year which is totally understandable, others just never communicated/responded to questions and concerns about the team/TC. What was most frustrating was when we would schedule games and only half of the team would show up even though we were expecting far more.
I personally felt that those who were putting in the effort, (mostly burg who was very passionate about it) were not being shown the respect that they deserved.
The past few months, due to lack of interest from our team, I have shifted my focus away from the TC. I have started writing a book that I have been trying to start for the last two years, along with going camping, hiking, biking, swimming and other outdoorsy stuff that the Idaho summer brings. The point is, I don't have the passion that I did last year due to the previously mentioned things. I am someone who when I do something, I put my heart into it. My heart, as of right now, just isn't in it.
I am sorry to those who may have been let down, or if us dropping effects the TC in a negative way. I want to thank the TC crew for all the work they put into it, along with people in the community who are actively trying to set up competitive games. I hope things continue and that this year TC is a good one.
MOST IMPORTANT: Many people from our roster still want to play. Please pick these people up. I am sure if you get ahold of Burg, he will be able to tell you exactly who wants to participate.
