what is BiS for rogue at 29 if i can't obtain the AB belt? everything else seems so awful

If you que randoms with a 24 you can still get satchel belts. The 5/5/5 bandit type scales to 6/6/6 @ilvl 34

it's there. Try changing the "class" drop down from "rogue" to "all" It will probably show as being monk or druid gear, but since rogues do not benefit from bonus armor, it may not be showing under rogue gear.
