i'm trying to find letters shapped by the spaces in between the lines, I swear i keep seeing something, i need to spend more time making it more read-able with a word processor

So my first impression (also with the added clue), is that it is steganography. This means that a lot of elements can be added to actually confuse the reader into thinking that they might be a part of the solution, when they are not. Let's keep that in mind.
These are my initial thoughts, and what I will work with. Whether it is broken down in singular sections with different meanings, creating a whole, i.e the emphasized text is a layer that needs to be solved separately, same with the underlines etc. add all the layers together in the end, and you get the solution (this is not true - yet).
It is also likely that there are no separate layers, and that it is all intertwined (which will make this A LOT harder to crack).
Let's start with the emphasized words:

Now, it is very likely that the numbers (such as the 0 in count) is added to confuse the reader. It could also have a meaning, so we need to keep both options in mind.

These few letters actually make up quite a lot of words. The words themselves may not be a part of the solution, but I feel like it's worth mentioning in case they are. Logically, you break it down and start with 1 letter words, and move your way up. I was lazy, so I had a program run the letters and come up with the possible words.

Assuming the underscore lines beneath the letters pertain to something. Each one seems to have been intentionally typed and spaced, so it's probably worth counting the number of individual underscore characters in those lines and figuring it out from there. I'm far too lazy to do anything beyond that at the moment.
The above being said, I for whatever reason gave in and counted the number of spaces in each line of underscores that I assume to correspond to letters/words. The individual dashes for the letters that make up the words (think Wheel of Fortune), and the length of each word:

I don't think this riddle has anything to do with twinking but I'll post my initial impressions.
To set the context of this riddle we first have to identify the riddler.
Devm: Dev=Devil, M=13th letter of the alphabet and first letter of the word "Mason"
Devm is a trickster and a deceiver, comparisons could be made between him and Loki or Coyote in Native American traditions, figures often associated with the devil.
Before I talk about the individual lines I'm going to break down the riddle as a whole a little bit. The first 3 lines have a distinctly different tone and message than the following 3 lines, and he "reveals" himself in the 4th line. The placement of periods is important, the 3rd line is linked to the 4th and the 5th is linked to the 6th because there is no period dividing them.
Line by line:
p: the letter p is often associated with the Pleiades star system in esoteric philosophies, this is where many groups believe Heaven is located. Note that the p is lower case in this line. Pleiades = play at ease
This line's meaning at face value is about the rise of souls to Heaven, this positive meaning will be subverted later. In the overall context of this riddle this may be referring to the rapture.
C = Christ / Christ consciousness. Note that the C is capitalized despite not beginning a sentence.
This line can be interpreted to mean that the age of humanity is ending and the reign of Christ on earth / the spiritual ascension of humans is beginning. Again this line has an overall positive meaning with a fairly similar theme to the first.
e: The word/concept starting with e that stands out to me the most in esoteric philosophies is the reversal of the word love: evol / evil / evolution. This association has added credibility because given the overall context of the riddle, "Father" almost certainly is referring to God, and god is associated with love.
the reward: Considering the context of the riddle so far it seems likely that the "reward" that Devm is offering is access to heaven or some other form of enlightenment.
In general this line can be interpreted to mean something along the lines of: "God, the Father loves you and will ward against evil." These first three lines have all been fairly positive, and if you sum up the general meaning of the riddle so far it would sound something like "The age of humanity is ending but don't fear because God will protect you from evil and bring your soul up to Heaven."
After this the riddle takes a darker tone. Remember that this last line is directly connected to the next due to the lack of a period.
S: Satan / Serpent. Say the above line out loud as it has been written, the spaces before the two S's are intended to drag out their pronunciation and create a hissing sound.
Subversion: "As above, so below." The number 3 represents the Trinity, there were 3 lines before this one. The previous 3 lines were focused on spirituality, ascension, divinity and heaven. This line brings everything back down to Earth, instead of the Pleiades referring to our Father's Heaven, it now refers to the deluded, fantasy "heavens" that people have created for themselves here on Earth, such as World of Warcraft. Note that the P is capitalized now while it was not in the first line, Devm is thus implying that this "earthly Pleiades" is more important, valuable or perhaps accessible than the one above, or at least more valued by humanity / this community. This is probably also meant in a mocking way. The meaning of "the rise" in the first verse also becomes subverted; instead of the souls rising to heaven now it seems to be talking more about revolution of the disaffected masses on earth, "the fire rises".
The Serpent is meant to indicate that Devm has been lying throughout the riddle, in particular in the previous line because of it's direct connection to this line; Devm is unable to deliver you to Heaven because the only path to Heaven is through Jesus.
ablE: the E is again a repetition and subversion of what appeared earlier, the previous E seemed to represent God's love and protection against evil whereas this E seems represent evil and a generally malevolent entity, by combining it with the I we get "I evil" or "I am evil". The previous e was lower case while this one is capitalized, again seeming to indicate that Devm believes evil is more powerful or relevant than good, at least here on Earth. Able could also be a reference to Cain and Abel.
individuals: If you reverse ablE you get Elba, the island that Napoleon was exiled to before he returned and completed his 100 days, this would seem to indicate that Napoleon was one of these "individuals", and could also mean that we have roughly 100 days left; Napoleon abdicated on June 22nd. Napoleon was the most important figure in the enlightenment. The word "individual" has connotations of free-thinking but also of corruptibility. Individuality is something that authoritarian governments attempt to destroy; if you take the t from the end of the line and add it to the I you get TI: targeted individual, a phrase associated with the government's attempts to control or stifle certain people.

Et: combine the E with the t and you get ET: extraterrestrial. The governments of the world push the idea of aliens in an attempt to destroy spiritualism and deceive people as to the true nature of the universe. Devm is looking for an enlightened free-thinker to help him sow the seeds of chaos.

It also reinforces the idea of a countdown: "t-7 seconds til lift off".
down: Phoenix down: Cycles of rebirth, destroying in order to rebuild, etc. You can also remove the last t from "down starts" because of the bolded t in the previous line to get "down stars". It's believed that Lucifer will be cast down to Earth as a falling star during the end times, "the stars falling from the heavens" is a commonly understood end times feature as well. Down stars can also become "downstairs": Hell.
0: The 0 to me reinforces the theme of destruction; a reduction to 0. It also has the themes of cycles, infinite, and represents God through the concept of Ein Sof: God before there was creation.
This line represents a countdown to destruction and "rebirth", or the creation of something new out of that destruction.

There are 3 different lengths to the lines in the riddle, the same as the knots in a Quipu.
Every line in the riddle has 12 lines beneath it except the 5th and 6th; the 5th has 11 and the 6th has 13. The sum of the digits at the time this thread was posted also add up to 12. Jesus had 12 apostles, the odd man out would probably be Judas because he betrayed Jesus, this could mean the 5th line contains some themes of betrayal. Did Napoleon fail because he was betrayed?

Ple@: Again a reference to the Pleiades, the @ sign is used to reference the alternate meaning of the word Pleiades: "play at ease". This alternate meaning is being deliberately stressed in this line as a form of sarcasm and mockery because of the audience that will be reading the riddle: World of Warcraft players. The implication that he's making is that you're ignorant to what is happening or what is about to happen, simply "playing at ease" in WoW.

I'll: "I AM", a reference to God. This might be a stretch but the I being italicized separates it from from the two l's, add an o and you have lol, change that to Orcish and you have kek, the Egyptian god of darkness. "I, darkness" or "I am darkness". You could also rearrange the I in I'll to get lil, Lilith, a female demon that has a significant association with the Serpent and Eve's temptation.

First off, I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised to know there are more people in the community who are interested in philosophy.
Thus spent alot of time reading your answer.
I'm more than happy to say you're closer than anyone has ever been to solving my riddle.
So I'm also excited to see what kinda outcome this will have, since I spent alot of time making it!
But be careful, since you tend to go out-of-bounds with the info that has been given. So try to purely focus on the clues.
Quipu is incorrect I'm afraid, but it was a nice try!
Speaking of clues I got another one, try to look at the lines. If you dig deep enough.. you'll eventually be able to combine the info you already know to a final answer.
But I must say, this is the hardest part.

It's classified I can't say until there's a winner. Even then when there's a winner, only the winner will know the reward.
Which isn't an everyday reward like gold/items/money or anything.
