Yea. One of the things I want to do is collect and link more in depth guides and someone (my memory sucks, Ive forgotten who) wrote a pretty sweet guide a while back. It's on the list of things to do.

Old characters kept their >100 secondaries unless they did a quest that awarded a skill point (dailies, DMF profession quests), new F2Ps have a cap of 100.

I'm familiar with the existence of the crate armor but haven't been able to get any (pvp at 5 fps is... frustrating) so im not entirely sure what it's called and what slots are available.
Hit me with some knowledge?
@Crystalpall despite the avatar, i know jack about horde f2p. That's my old 39 twink from back in BC.
Is there someone out there familiar enough with horde to write a speed leveling/0-2000 acheivement points guide for horde like Crystalpalls?

Only the ones up to ilvl 43 are available at level 20 (note they do not drop at that ilvl for 20 but they are the items in the crate).
As for the armor... I believe the items that drop are: chest, legs, boots, and bracers. There are a shield and off-hand as well.
All of these items can either be ilvl 25 (green quality) or ilvl 28 (blue quality).. The stats vary with haste, critical strike, or versatility.

Can't edit my post.. The armor has different names based on the type (cloth, leather, mail, plate).
Cloth = Auxiliary
Leather = Rookie
Mail = Greenhorn
Plate = Front-line

1) you can. But the bouquet of black roses is a higher item level and costs a couple gold from a vendor.
2) how you play your toon is up to you.
@Imnotabelf can you tell me the full name of the armor pieces. Its something like "recruits armor of the ..." right? I just don't even know where to start looking for it on wowhead
