85 TWINKING IN MOP

dunno, maybe feral/resto druid orrrr enhancer/ele shaman
 
I, myself, will be leaving a twink at 85. But as far as how explosive the 70 bracket is, i think 80 will be the next one. My reason is simple, when they expand the content into LK for the first expansion. That will either be really good times in the 80s bracket or turn into a mass flooding of newbish players. (That already exists in this bracket but it will be even more flooded) Unlike the grind for 70s gear, the grind for 80s gear takes a little while longer. I had my lock decked out and gem'd the moment he turned 70 in full pvp gear. As far as this toon is concerned it took more time and I'm still tweaking it. Anywayz, back to thread, and yes I will more than likely have an 85 twink.
 
80 suffers or benefits from (depending on how you see it) crazy stat scaling which i dont see being present in 85 twinking come mop however keep in mine 85 wont have its end tier talent points which will make some classes have many sads and the hp difference between 89-85 might be too vital



i might give 85 twinking a shot but thats assuming i even bother playing for mop in the first place

When comparing wotlk on BiS warrior pve and cata warrior you can see how much more secondary stats scale better for 80s than 85s.

Looks like u can't get crazy secondary stats on 85s twink unless MoP stuff will be OP.

Yeah it would be my warrior and i really like how warriors are looking in mop atm that could change but im in a pretty hardcore guild atm to pick up the pve gears for bg lols and such
 
Rafing a new rogue to 85 2 weeks before MOP release so I can keep my 85 atm as it is.

Dunno how active 85 twinking will be, however I'll try it

I think there's some real potential in 85 twinking. I don't think MoP Items will scale as heavily at 85 as they did at 80, and I'm not even up to date on what secondary stats are going byebye come time MoP. Will be interesting to see!

the ramp up on the legendaries makes them not as powerful as it might seem in pvp unless you are able to really prolong combat with several players



and yeah the crafted plate bracers are for the most part bis but, the heroic ones from morecock are better if you have a certain stat layout
