The frustration is understandable, but as many people have said: this "bug" will be fixed when the Anniversary ends, and therefore this ilvl 85 won't be a huge deal - only a period of around 14 days.

The one with the summon of a low-level char to mythic dungeon (which is more or less harmless, but still remains a bug).
And the other one with 85ilvl items has no level requirements.

Fixing exploit means, first of all, that 85ilvl items should get the level requirement. It is not connected with the Anniversary and, if not fixed, won't go anywhere in 14 days and will ruin the bracket.
