And by the best class I don't mean "1 shot " classes

I mean, which class fits in the most comps
Which class has a high skill cap
Which class does well in pve
Which class does well in solo pvp (bgs, duels, wpvp and such)

Rogue gives a high skill cap, does well in pve and has a great game play in bg's.

My partner and I were fucking around in 2s, and the cc chains we had were unreal, it is not a burst comp, but has the cc to beat any comp.

I would give it to hunters or rogues, but seeing as the skillcap of hunters has been reduced dramatically i think rogue wins. Hunter skillcap is pretty pathetic nowadays

You guys shouldn't be so focussed on what class to pick, they almost all work well.
Don't just take the Class of the Month and hope it'll wreck everything, the player behind the class is 10 times more important than the class...

true that but when you look at rogue cd's its pretty mutch guaranteed 4 openers for any kid that has read tooltip.
so you shuld be able to get all defencives and kill in most situations.... you really need to be shit to not get the 1v1 win...

no, just no xD seeing as hes asking for a perspective from pve aswell as pvp, rogue IS the highest dps class for raids/dungeons and they shit on you in area with jk one shots and please dont reply hurr durr only with cd's even without they can hammer you down in no time with either bis pve gear or maxing pvp power.

let me refresh your little brain. this thread is about lvl 85s, not 80. secondly mop gear scales better for 80s than 85s. + as i mentioned no rogue or not any class at all can outdps me in pve, mission impossible
