EU+US 830 Relics?

So I just stumbled across these +37 BoP relics in Wowhead's PTR data that only require level 98:

Anyone know what the "Lunastre Private Collection" is?

She is a suramar npc so most likely only obtainable at 110.

If you didn't know that it came from Suramar, you'd think it came from Val'sharah based on the flavor text.

It's not an upgrade... different item IDs (not the same item ID with a bonus ID upgrade)... and more importantly, the one you linked already exists (added in 7.1) vs this one that doesn't exist (added in 7.2.5).

IMO, the only thing really linking it to Suramar is the flavor text... at least this far, although it wouldn't be surprising for Ly'leth Lunastre (probably) to be out and about in the world, now that we've freed her city.

Has anyone checked on the PTR to see what she's up to?

Would make sense for them to be archaeology quest rewards based on the names/icons but that would probably mean a level 110 requirement on the quests

Would be a strange addition, since there's already the 840 BoA relic archaeology quest... not sure why Blizzard would introduce 830 non-BoA relic archaeology quest as well.
