Yo brothers and sisters,
is there any possiblity to group up and do stuffs together? With the corrupted season 70s is goin to be more balanced than 120

Well I mean retail has always it's ups and downs but tbh thats the thing what made me like "xp stopp" twinking. The enviroment and meta changes but your level and xpacc content from where u are doesn't. We should just hype the crowd with something and you will see how fast we get the 70s hype back. And I would actually have something in mind :p

yeah it looks pretty good but I wouldn't think it's actually bis since a lot of outlaw damage only scales off AP. have you tested it vs hand of the deceiver MH or simmed it?
Yes, sinister striker with the mace versus hand with both gems is only 2 less. And run through is only 50 damage less. But the auto attack damage is + roughly 140. I havnt simmed it, but I have done plenty of dps tests and it comes out on top

But it makes sense that your autoattack swings would be higher since they're way slower. The real question is the difference in autoattack dps between the two weapons. But honestly if even sinister strike is hitting for less with the headcracker it sounds like hand of the deceiver is just better?
I'm gonna ask Fx to run some sims because now I'm curious!

2 less damage, and as I said. When I did dummy tests the headcracker came out ahead. By a considerable amount, I don’t have an active sub anymore so I can’t check. I’d be curious to see the sim

I know it's not a lot less, but sinister strike is where you'd expect to gain damage. To make up for the losses on other abilities and autoattack dps. Since dispatch and between the eyes only have AP as scaling factors. So what I mean is: if you're even so far as losing damage on sinister strike, you'd think hand of the deceiver is better from just that datapoint alone.
Anyway the sims are incoming, I'll edit them into this post in like 5 minutes!

So hand of the deceiver does come out on top but only by 3%. Pretty surprised ngl

did you do the weapon dps of the epic one? or just the baseline one

The scaling slider on simcraft isn't perfect so it actually used a 31-42 version instead of 31-41
Well alright, such a small difference may be why I didn’t see it I guess. In pvp scenerios and all the less than 15 second encounters that happen, the headcracker easily takes the cake. I can see how the slower weapon speed and even small loss of damage in ability could hurt over a chunk of time.

Yes exactly. Comparing gear on target dummy and damage meter is always going to be imprecise for a few reasons. Obviously you don't get near the sample size of a simulation. You can somewhat mitigate the imprecision by making sure to unequip all items and enchants with procs, but you're still going to get quite a lot of variance from class/spec procs, crits, etc.

What makes you say that?
