70 twinks are candy to 79's

rolled into a WSG today 13 alliance vs 7 horde.



game ended alliance 1, horde 3.



all players were twinks for once, but horde had one 79 twink that rolled over six+ 70's like candy. needed no help on flag defense, and could get flag back NP.



who knows the 79 may be a old idle twink owned by a 70, who got tired of the farming, and unprofessional play? anyway if they are tough now.....bye bye 70's come CATA
 
Really it just comes down to healers if you didn't notice one healer and dps can prob kill 5 people. Also just because you have numbers means nothing, there are so many bads on ruin Q'ing that look pro with their glaives or w/e but just backpedal and blind targets they put deadly poison on (just a few examples) In reality though the 79 twinks dont gain much over 70s I believe theres only 300~ resil on the full blue set with no sockets, maybe in cata with their ICC quality greens they will own a bit more.

at 78+ there are daggers and weapons that out do 70 twink weapons, in some cases you need to grind rep. like the daggers the Kalu'ak sell. i have seen 78+ twink rogues with these, along with the extra levels, skills, they will blow thru my 420 res and 15000 hp like candy.



a player at 70 is not going to have chance with a 79 player as it is now if they use the best of BC and WotLK (and soon to come CATA gear). btw, that's how 79 twinks were geared in prior to the XP on-off patch and 70's did not stand a chance. the QQ rolled from BC capped players when blizz made AV 70-79, in a short time they reverted it back to 61-70.



many twink 70's didn't like rolling in 70-79 wsg/ab/eots before the XP on-off patch. after that patch many waited along time before venturing into those brackets until most 78+ twinks leveled out or quit playing. shortly after XP on-off patch 70-79 bracket twinks was basicly 70 twink bracket. as of last patch, if nothing changes 70-79 twink bracket is once again 70-79's.



we have some 79 twinks who have been bank alts on my server for a long time, i just sent three of them a mail.
 
I don't even know how to respond to you lol. all this because you got owned by single 79 I'm only seeing them rocking us with cata greens anyways.

resilience scaling on a 70 vs 79 is not gonna save you against a 79 twink.....79 leveler yes to maybe. not everyone rolls a prot-war or another lump of coal class, infact even after the XP on-off patch, it was the hotfix that boosted resilience earlier in the year that made 70's even more viable even in the 70-79 XP-on leveling BGs



i was rolling a 70 hunter, rogue, and paladin thru all the changes. prior to the hotfix many classes at 77+ were blowing thru resilience like candy. after hotfix, playing a 70 in 70-79 is what like 10-19's are now experiencing were 10's are stacking res and 19's are not.
 
People also seems to forget that 70s can do arena & rated BG in Cataclysm - so fighting the 69 twinks would only happen if you like to do regular BGs. And even so, you'll still have AV - which I believe will pop, due to the large number of 70 twinks.
 
If its set up the same way as 60 AV then level 69 twinks will also be able to queue for AV with level 70s. 59 twinks are apparently able to queue for 60 AV with level 60s now. I heard that levels below level 85 will be in normal BGs however because rated BGs is limited to 85s. I think alot of the 79 and 69 twinks will be running premades once some guilds get established, alot like the level 49s and 39s etc do things now.
 
imo, i believe blizzard will not allow 70's or 80's to do rated BGs. already as it is they have active accounts that never went past 60 and 70. if they allow rated BGs at 80, many would not blow their gear and stay at 80 (already talk on that) and Wotlk cap. having players still playing 60-80 capped accounts makes monthly subscription money, but expansions aren't being bought. allowing rated BG features for 70's or 80's adds reason and viability to not progressing.



i'm sure Blizzard also noticed that players at 80 were doing RAF accounts to build 60 and 70 twinks. they read forums other than their own and play the game too. i'm sure they also noticed players deactivating accounts with 80's on them and playing capped accounts.



imo game base is on a huge decline, i don't count when they tooted the horn because chinese helped boost the #'s of WOW players. BTW, this was due the chinese "recently start playing WotLK for some WTF-ever political neo-commi-reason .

mage - bottomless kiting, most silent least OP QQ'd about class in the game, been that way for years.



my friend at 80 would dawn his old S4 gear during relentless season and just smash other 80's in duels. only ones that gave him a run for his money prot-wars (before the nerf s), holy paladins, and warlocks. of course he didn't duel other mages in S4

I use to Duel people naked in season 4 in duelotar on my mage using Frost grenades and stuff :3

Its not about the BC/WoTLK items, my 79 has Cata greens only. What do you mean?
 
just wondering since wsg is 10 vs 10 howd allie get the extra 3 that horde were missing ... did the 79 count for the 3 missing hordies ??
 
Win duels from 80 naxx-Ulduar geared Rogues/warriors/dks/ferals without much of a hastle, just stack some resi and it's do able
