1.3k is below what marks, bm and surv can do(done 1.3k with bm, seen 1.4, done 1.5k on surv), enh and ret can do 1.5k(done it), ele can do 1.4-1.5k(seen inyer do it) frost and arcane can do 1.4k, done and seen cease do 1.4-1.5k on fury war.

edit: those are bt numbers, not sunwell, and with no "extras"
