Must have been fixed then. I didn't test it in prepatch, but it was impossible in 7.2.5 and 7.3.5. Anyway, I'll test it later on just to make sure! Thanks for updating me though

The Black Prince rep is obtainable, but only by killing the celestial boss on the Timeless Isle once per week for 500 rep. I've heard that there's another boss that gives rep as well, but I have yet to confirm.

Some mobs on isle of thunder still give rep, but only if you started the legendary cloak chain back in mop, other than that it’s just celestials
