70 Priest LF help

Hi guys, I've just got my Priest to the 70 mark, and need some help with gear/chants/gems. Flàshy @ Azjol-Nerub - Community - World of Warcraft

I'm a long-time Shadow Priest that used to raid a lot, and PvP a little. Back in BC I tried Disc as well, and since then I've loved both specs. I have all the Brutal gear now, but all the armory links I've seen have Sunwell gear with stam gems/chants. So I have a few questions:

1. Is Sunwell gear always better than PvP gear with Resilience?
2. Should I stack stamina over other stats?
3. Is there any reason for me to play Shadow?

I'll probably have more questions, but these will do for now. Thanks in advance.

1. I believe it's mostly preference many of the top priests in this bracket I see always just have full brutal and just the staff from sunwell.
2. Yes the more stamina you have the better off you are.
3. Shadow has intense damage, but unfortenetly you are only compatible with a few comps, because you are most likely going to be kill target. Run with rogue boomy or a very good ele but disc will always be the prime spec.

2) No, for disc and shadow crit/intellect is really better. There is my BiS disc http://eu.battle.net/wow/ru/character/вечная-песня/Сильенор/advanced , so i can say playing with crit is really nice cause of shields, stacked every second heals.

stacking res-PVP gear is not worth it for any class now due to 40% free res in PVP.. your 464 res from gear is only adding a extra 5.02%, this equals poor survival in BGs and arena.

BGs i see all 3 specs.....with disc and shadow being most popular. look in this thread at players and some of players in their guilds for builds

70 disc priests i see that arena are using predominately PVE socket gear usually with all being filled with 15 stam BC epic gems, 24 stam on gloves, etc. like this one Venumzxoxo @ Exodar - Community - World of Warcraft or Dírty @ Illidan - Community - World of Warcraft

Ha yeah don't copy me. I play with a completely different set every day to keep the fun going.

My bro Zyrith got a decent arena shadow priest character/set.
