If you're a consume whore then check out https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=23444/goldenmist-special-brew , it's a quest reward from a Ghostland quest. It's currently a popular place to quest on, so there should be plenty of them on the Horde auction house.

The elixir is kind of OP if they're cheap because the alternative is https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=2458/elixir-of-minor-fortitude

It should stack with https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=21151/rumsey-rum-black-label and food from cooking e.g. https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=3665/curiously-tasty-omelet

That's 280 hp!

I am not able to stack food buff + rum, they replace each other!

I tend to run the +150 Armor Elixir, but I might test that goldenmist brew could be awesome if it stacks with things! : ) thanks for the share!


Update: Goldenmist Special Brew stacks with Guardian Elixirs and Food or Drink buff!

Just an FYI because most people didn’t know about this back in the day, I doubt they do this time around too.... but Halaani Whiskey is better than all of this and Rumsey Rum +200 HP

I appreciate the note Mocha! Back in the day I used Rum because you could just buy hundreds of it, and the Halaani Whiskey while better is Unique 3, costs a bit, and requires you control Halaa and make a trip each time you want 3 more : )

For sure rum 99.9% of the time, just making sure people know I used to hearth Shatt —> FP and then bg pop brings you back to org

Always interesting when you see a FC in an actual premade and they aren’t using Halaani Whiskey when the game is on the line thoughh!

If I'm obtaining rare items I just would probably go after Charged Crystal Focus it is far and away the most potent consumable that has no level requirement and you only have to use it when it matters most!! = )
