64 Twink Armories Please?

Saw another Resto Shammy, looks like Vanilla, and he makes use of cloth armor too:

Zandalar items -- nice! I'm guessing that makes him a Wrath-era 60.

It will take ahile to get the 2 items you mentioned, and I would like a cloak that I can enchant with something worthwhile. I do NOT, however, plan to go with spell pen. , as a rarely attack, and I am 99% defense, so the piercing will not do me much good. I have seen agility enchants, and a haste one too, which is more my style to be able to get heals off faster. Not sure what the best non-spell piercing claok enchant is, but I will look and see what I can find.

23 Haste is likely your best option. However, do consider that for purges, nature resistance from Tauren racials, some buffs, and glyphed healing stream totems will cause roughly 30% of your purges to get resisted. 23 Haste is nice, but 35 spell pen cuts down the resists by more than half.

after over 1500 kills in this bracket, going 27/32 in WSG on my DK. i think i am starting to get the hang of it:

dps classes: mage>rogue>everything else.

healers: must have some resilience to be effective.

FC/meatshield: stack resilience instead of stamina is the way to go.

use these as rule of thumb when you gear up new twinks.

thanks for the insight cpt obvious

You would not believe how badly the bracket needs some of that information.

you have an active twink in this bracket? looking forward to playing with you. (or against you)

i am considering rolling a 64 rogue, what do you think?

highlight: over 9000 health unbuffed! 45% crit + 2265 AP.

i already have those bracers (BoE of the monkey, 30 stam 19 agi)

p.s. that meta is active, it doesn't require a yellow.

That sounds about right I would say its more or less agility>crit>stam for a rouge in 60-64. Resilience stacking you should just skip no need for it as a rouge unless your doing arenas. Pvp hit / expertice capping would be more relevant for a 60 but as a 64 i think you can just overlook it almost completely. Not saying go with 0% hit just that you will in no way benefit from having more than 1% while facing 60s.

Yeah...I love chardev but there's a lot of stuff that the moderaters need to fix on that site ;/

1st time out with Wootified!

It was almost fun, except the horde spanked us good both times :(

Weird Part:

We were within 600 of our overall BG healing stats, I had like 130k, you had like 129,400.

Weirder:

Your damage was 14,580, mine was like 14,610, a mere 30 points difference.

Now, even if we tried really hard, I doubt we would ever get our stats that close again, but we were not trying to do that.

Now, explain why you got 1 more honor point than I did? Our kills were almost the same, think you had a few more...

It was definately nooby hour in the twink BG tonight, so I logged after the 2nd BG.

PS I just logged in and tried again, I mean, WTF happened to this bracket? Are the horde twinks that good now? I actually quit my 1st BG ever, because our DPS was piss poor, and the Horde were so organized, it was going to be another 0/3 loss. When did this happen? What happened to the fun I used to have, with very close matches, and PvP was actually fun? If this keeps up, I might as well level up and deal with this as an 85, sheesh!

Good to see you on the field, Fundar! That was pretty funny, that the first time we see each other our stats are almost identical.

You must have had a lucky streak to start out. The two matches we were both in are very typical of what I experience in the 60-64 bracket -- far from abnormal. It wasn't that the Horde were organized (they were), but that Alliance literally sat in mid to either farm or get farmed. Objectives just aren't a priority in this bracket, as you saw. To be sure, there are some great players in 60-64, and teams can indeed work together, as you saw from the Horde. But it's rare.

The bracket is going through a painful transformation right now. It'll take time.
