from looking at my boa tab, I have a total of 45 heirlooms (not counting the neck pieces). so we could see ftps running around with this mount as well.

I actually need to count all the heirlooms as well--- pretty sure f2ps can use 25+.

Not quite sure if trials will have access to "46".
The way the tab works if you have an 1-80 item and another item that is the exact same but it has been upgraded to 1-85 it effectively combines it to one 1-90 item on the tab.
Unless you have a linked account or are trying for "veteran" status trials will not have access to helm/cloak/leg/necks. When I looked on the PTR the necks were not a available at DMF.

Just talked with a GM, he confirmed the looms are intended to work like the toys, so we can use it on our F2P characters from a P2P account, even between F2P's

yeah, if the necklaces make their way to DMF 5 it goes 52.
The mount though can only be obtained threw mail. Sadly for us f2ps. (for some f2ps)

I bet those heirloom necklaces are rewards for new garrison missions. So WoD and level 100 will be required. Do you remember when Blizzard focused on the guilds in Cataclysm? They added new heirlooms as reward for guild achievements. Nowadays it's all about the garrisons: marketing.

Yeah, but i done see it being the case right now, since you do not get them threw some kind of achievement, you just buy them at the vendor in Undercity, sold with gold. The UC vendor sells the JP Heirlooms now, and all of them are in DMF so i see the Necklaces coming as well.

However, in order for that item to show up in your tab you must be able to equip it. Unless this gets fixed on live.

Yeah, but if you log, your experience will not be locked anymore. With that said, you will be forced to level up.
