EU+US 59 twink weapon idea

I was lvling my monk and had the blacksmithing plans for https://www.wowhead.com/item=12798/annihilator drop. My monk at lvl 60 only has 105 armor, so I was wondering would this be a decent Mh or Oh weapon for someone like an enhance shaman, WW monk or rogue. Has anyone tested this out yet or what do you guys think?

I just made one. About to do a bg and see if Details! tracks the number of procs.

If logs are accurate it gave me 10 seconds of uptime in a bg. That was using it offhand.

You should consider Hand of Justice trinket with having 2 procing weapons and enchants. Should see a lot more procs because I’m pretty sure they can proc off of the free swings you will get.

Also try to get meta gem helm from wrath dungeons. Pretty sure it’s nexus that’s drops it. You can get the wrath version meta gem and that increases haste on hit chance. The haste provided is around 350-400 for 4 seconds and for any energy class, especially outlaw rogue, it’s amazing.

I have that weapon and TBH I find it not that useful, the reason being that everything dies way too fast. By the time you proc a single stack, the enemy is almost dead. This was tested on a FDK and a Rogue.

Hand of Justice seems to have a very low proc rate (as Fury). Not sure it's worth using.
