For tanking drakeclaw band is decent, but if you're moving away from ring of saviors/sapphire signet, I'd suggest Band of Flesh - Item - World of Warcraft . Avoidance/CTC are good but remember there's no real benefit to having strength besides more parry since vengeance gives attack power based on your health.

well did blizz change drakeclaw so it no longer has a random enchantment or what? if not then I think it will be BiS.. and oh I didn't knew about that other ring, and yeah I know about str isn't so useful for bear's as i was. And what happened with agi no longer giving armor? :(

btw to the feral druid chardev you write that the staff and chest are currently wrong. Could you please explain or update? As I am trying to follow the chardev there.

Should I stay with my BoA weapon and chest or get the blue chest and staff for feral druid?

Andra do you know what hitcap is for tanks? and for melee dps's?
 
Furthermore the MW chardev has 8.30% haste, which is the breakpoint. But I can't see if you have been able to chose spec. If you havn't had the chance, they don't need that much haste, since they have Stance of the Wise Serpent, which increases haste from items (and enchants I think) by 50%. In that case they would only need 5-6% regular haste, and would still be able to reach breakpoint.

I don't know about drakeclaw band, but they messed around with the loot in there a lot(and nerfed the content pretty bad)I know about the agi to armor being gone. I don't know when that happened but I checked and it's gone, sadly. Agility is still a stat worth having since critical mangles give double the rage, which means more savage defense. The stats in chardev for those two heirlooms are wrong. The staff is now the blue one with mongoose enchant because they removed living steel weapon chain, so yes you would use the blue chest. I have not been able to change the chardev because it doesn't load on my computer and chardev makes me very angry.

I forgot about the mistweaver thing. I hate chardev and yes you cannot choose a monk spec yet. That means they could have 1.7% haste and a shadow priest buff and still hit the breakpoint. Nice work, I'll try to update that.

fuck wow-professions, telling me to craft an item with 6 pieces of mats, instead of another item, which would grant me the same skill-up but with only 3 pieces.
 
I'm in the process of leveling engi as well - think I am around 320 - will send you a PM after I figure out the best method.

I can tell you I did the last 20 points on elemental blasting powder alone.

Don't forget you can hit DMF to get those pesky last 5 ranks of engi!

I am sure there are plenty of guides out there - and yeah most are either outdated or just not 100% efficient as you mention.
 
Do pyrium wpn chains still work on BoAs? I know living steel does not.

My chrome just loads it as slow as hell, but eventually it gets there, but when im in, I can't do anything except see the gear :p

That's exactly what happens to me. I've been thinking of using wowhead item compare but you can't see things like parry from strength and the actual health of a twink, but chardev is so messed up you can't see that accurately anyway. Then I could list all of the items and link them, but that would take a long time and be very long, and the guide is long enough already.
 
Is there any use for a full avoidance set on a warrior? Something like this
Profiler - Wowhead
Went for dodge over parry rating becuase str=parry already so the returns would be better (not sure if it works like that)

The thing about that is once you get hit, you get hit really hard. Avoidance stats are really crazy, and diminishing returns is a giant formula. Strength from parry diminishes separately from parry from rating. They also changed it in mop where you want 2-3 times the amount of parry (it gets closer to three the more dodge you have, and I'm oversimplifying it) instead of having them about equal.

That profiler is really good. I forgot about it and I'll be using that.
 
What do you think of this setup to WW monk? Profiler - Wowhead
The Wowhead profiler doesn't work with monks, so chose rogue instead. Furthermore you should add 20AP to the stats since the Sapphire Signet doesn't show the +20AP stat.
 
So, Chardev seems down for good? anyone know anything about what happended to the site?

If you need help remaking any of the profiles on wowhead let me know, would also be nice if you made a list with people that are full bis armoury to help with that
 
wowhead profiler is a good substitution for chardev, though health seems too low, talents doesn't work and syncs takes ages..

but all other things, like stats and enchants/gear works.
