50 Raiding Europe. Roster & Information

Im hoping everyone comes on this evenings raid, we will be starting AQ temple as long as we have enough people.
 
Where is everyone? Hardly anyone on.

Perhaps we should do a halt in this until we find more people. It seems to be a waste planning raids with not enough people ever showing up.

We need to get some guild recruiting going then, like in trade chat, or in the general Twink community.

Personaly I know of a lot of people who are tired of their bracket and are looking for new experiences.

I was talking to Vioven about this early. Trying to recruit people into the project on Draenor Alliance through Trade channel. We'd probably get a few laughs a long the way, but it might be worth it.

We definitely need new individuals to roll 50s and be active.
 
I would like to apoligize about forgetting the last 3 or something raids. I have no idea how I keep doing it, guess I'm just a huge idiot.
Will try to get better :(

But that's along process.

I agree that we need more members, but for them to be geared, lvled and raid-ready it will take a long time. What we need right now is a core raid-group so we can work on our progress, and I don't know how to recruit core-members..
 
I would like if we slow down on raids. Fewer raids instead of every other night. If we scheduele fewer, more people may arrange their week to be able to come.
 
Vias is also right, as the majority of the raid members has a life. Unfortunately Lindenkron :p.

I tried to recruit through trade already, indeed a lot of laughs (which spammed trade chat after), but attention is better than no attention right?, I got 1 serious whisper from trying once so.

Also if you have a huge liveID friend list with a lot who doesn't already know about it, it is also a way, I got some recruits through that as well. However as mentioned before, it takes a good chunk of time and dedication just to get the character to 50 and then geared etc. my recruits are not even 50 yet though one of them seem pretty excited serious about it, now 40 something I think. Also the more recruits one/we have the harder it is to keep every single one motivated if they don't follow up on streams/forums and so on.


But if all of oru about 10 core raid members recruit at least 1-2 more then we'll be 20-30 raiders in some weeks if we reach our goal :)

more raiders is just as important as a core group I think, because it is them that always can fill up the spots when one of the core raiders can not show up, and then make the flow and progress continue.

Anyone know if it is possible to invite cross-realm players to an event on the in-game Calendar? When I were raiding 49 pve, I always used the in-game calendar to motivate people, to remind those people of next raid who doesn't have time or lust to check forums all the time. Also gives everyone an idea of how many will come. + There is space to post some extra motivational information in-game for everyone.

The more places it says when next raid is the higher the chance is to reach out to everyone, also those that made a 50 just as a side project.


EDIT: Generally try to recruit some that you enjoyed/enjoy playing with and who enjoyed/enjoys playing with you too. Aswell as one you usually have something to talk about with. Because I usually find new recruits who only knows about the project through me for example to contact me a lot and ask about everything concerning the gear,spec,raid etc. Be ready for that and try to say it for the 100time with a smile :) The more we can get in the better.

Another way I tried to recruit was to pick on random (usually wellgeared) lvl 50s I found and tried to talk them to come and raid with us tonight before leveling on, and if they like it perhaps they would stay or make another 50, because the one that you try to convince had already planned that the character should be lvled and not to stay at 50.

We did this at first. Didn't work. People have days where they can't come - and half forget which day is raid day. Simply, not much to do about it other than recruit enough people for there to be 15 on at any raid time possible.

A lot of people have said they can't go Thursday, on top of that 20:30 is way too late. It takes an hour just to gather the people online to go raid. The dedication is really in the gutter at the moment. After that hour many have to go at 22:00, so that leaves 30 min raiding. Major issue.
 
No I am still interessted in this.
I enjoy playing my 19 right now, yes.
I don't like having to raid every other night, so I will fosho prefer 1-2 days a week or whatever.

People aren't willing to change their IRL to accommodate 50 raiding. Most times we even have people online that just do not wish to come for what ever reason.

Regardless;

Next raid is Friday 19:45 (Invites start). If by some magical event 15 people come online, we'll be going for a legit try on Razorgore.

If not, which is what I'm expectiong, we'll be going AQ10 "Speed run" with a little friendly competition involved. I've already spoken to 2 rogues and 2 hunters. We'll be some a DPS race on some of the bosses to see who can pull the top derps! ;)

So if you wish to see the friendly competition between the rogues Cotillar and Streetjames(Illuminati) and the hunters Superettan and Anvilla then come for Fridays raid.

Samadius will be tanking if he so does desire - as I'm hoping to have my bloody hit rating boots by then. (50 BRD runs so far, who'da thought).
