Is there any head/shoulder enchants that don't require rep?

Head enchants are all GF'd afaik, MoP shoulder inscriptions (greater crane wing, greater tiger claw, etc) are decent if you cba farming rep.

What mesi said, and also the Heavy Borean Armor Kit (14 sta) can be attached to shoulders and doesn't require rep.

Going to put the nail in the coffin and say I would proclaim Assassination with dual EF with crit based gear and AP based enchants with dual boa pve daggers to be as close to "bis" as anyone will create... It's that open and generalized to be an effective rogue.

Whether you go shadow focus or nighstalker is your call.

Whether you go boa ring or not is your call.

i scrapped my rogue and have a new one on my gfs account, i have no intentions of leveling another toon to 90 for those enchants
