No, doesn't make sense to have boa's that already scale to 39. Thanks for the suggestion though

Edit: The stats for Soul burner did not scale, so i'm not putting that up.

Golden Ring of Power - Item - World of Warcraft
Scales to 5 int/10 stam/5spirit. Nice ring for rdruid/rsham FC, not so good for ele cuz spirit is useless but whatever
