the biggest thing this bracket has gotten me hyped for is ALL THE POSSIBILITIES , there are so many different ways to gear a character compared to 19s its insane and so much less cookie cutter

I don't think we should even have this list. New players and scum will usually just pick what is powerful at the time. Without a list, they will play what they enjoy.

We should advertise that most spec/classes are viable in this bracket.
