This list is mainly wrong - hunter should be much higher - ferals won't be banned mabye limited - they are no where near as good as a rog
Enhancement will def be limited
There is a high chance a BM will FC because of their op defensives
Prot warrior does some very viable damage - when the bracket pops then you can make a more accurate list - please take this down for now

Snowjobs, i don't like how you have ferals are (banned from twink cup) as the rules have not been sorted. Can you please remove that until rules have been set in place. Thanks
Ferals don't seem as OP at this level compared to 19 - 29's. At this point all specs are allowed until proper prebmades are done and all classes are analysed.

I think he got the "banned from twink cup" from this past 19s cup, he mentioned he had lifted the list directly from 19s. As long as there's a disclaimer, I don't think this list is a bad idea, it gets people thinking & talking about it (the hype is real), and with time the list can be tweaked for accuracy @ 39.
Good to see people taking initiative in these things, many facets to what hopefully will be a successful 39s revival.

That is an awesome looking shockadin
I'm jelly, won't lie.That noncrit burst on a 6 sec cooldown is insane, 1850 noncrit damamge is around shadow priest 3orb burst ( according to an earlier post). So yeah, I would say that the damage is definitely there, your SP is through the roof.
edit: as far as shockadin in general, I have played it on http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/spinebreaker/cinquante/advanced in 50 molten core PVE and then 50-59 twink arenas/duel. True, the damage is definitely there, at least at level 50. True, you have an extra glyph slot and a few more CDs, but it still works. I geared crit with that haste chest, enchanted crit, and it worked pretty well. Then again, you don't have that many crit options at that level, that and with all of the random suffix revolosh gear I think that maxing out your SP was a solid choice.

Thats pretty decent if you can get them off. There are a lot more interrupts/silences here than at lower levels. I don't remember shockadins being viable after BC. Kinda like spellhance shaman.
That said, one of my favorite things about 39s is the number of viable options that the bracket allows. Roll with it. I'd rather see a shockadin having fun and pushing boundaries than yet another disc priest or rogue.
We are, after all, talking about the bracket that had a spirit stacked mage as one of its top FCs for a long time.

Shockadin's a super viable/super fun hybrid spec at 29 (I'd honestly argue that it's premade-viable), so I'd expect it to do fine here. I was thinking about rolling one after I get my current 39s all settled. The main problem is potential imbalance with the queue system counting you as a healer.
You can't quite carry games on it, but holy shock just chunks people. You have a pretty big impact on teamfights if you holy shock offensively, keep enemy dps denounced and offheal/dispel. Holy shock alone was a damn good execute, it should be a pretty legit spec with hammer of wrath added in. A more balanced stam set might be handy to keep in your pockets depending on how games go, but it should definitely be good enough to have fun playing.

I imagine mw healing pretty good. Considering they have an extra trinket and an interrupt. and some aoe healing.
Boomkins, assuming they get good rng procs; can probably dish out a lot of starsurge dmg and dot spread as fillers. plus solar beam! I'm really curious as to guardian dps with faerie fire silence glyph. Mangle hits like a truck!
