Why the Pendulum is bis for rpala?
Nightblade have a higher dps, and also +5 w skill for humans.
I got the axe, but now wondering why.

How is spriest @ 39 though? At 29 I found myself going OOM in mere seconds. Is it somewhat better at 39?

Currently working on hpal. How significant are mana issues for the class? I think i'll be using 'of the eagle' pieces in place of all the 'of healing' pieces in the exemplar.

Hpal is the most mana efficient healer in the game. You want to stack healing and downrank your FoL for nearly free heals.

Ah, I wasn't sure how it would be with such low base crit at this level. Sill losing out on a fair bit of stam with the + healing pieces though.

You're welcome to mix and match but if people are actually trying to burn you down that means your heal target is going to wipe them up long before they get through all your defenses and tricks. The proper way to deal with you would be CC, further emphasizing the importance of +healing boosting the heals you do get to cast. It will take you a very long time to acquire all of those perfect +healing pieces though, by then you'll be able to draw your own conclusions.

I can't recommend it at all. Even paired with a Lock for Shadow Weaving bonus it's just kinda underwhelming. When Disc is so godly in comparison, to me Shadow is just bad.

What's your preferred alternative to the frost mage's utility build off hand for alliance? I see a few options but a lot of BiS lists I find all favor horde. I was going to pick up the off hand from Bloodmage in GY and find some sort of int/stam combo but I was just curious to see if I'm missing something obvious.

I would either rock the Eagle Sorcerer's offhand or just go with a SoJ.
The BiS lists probably favor horde because they have better item options in this bracket.

Can anyone confirm that the Charged Gears actually roll 7/7? Sample size is still pretty small but I've completed about 40 runs and have yet to see a 7/7 of any type. I also saw a post on reddit claiming that they cannot roll 7/7 currently.

No they don't roll 7/7. One stat is always 6. If you want to know real rolls I would use wowhead. I use Sixtyupgrades for builds because it's so much better than wowhead for it but it's not good with random rolls.

Big disagree. Spriest is very strong in a game with stupid duration CC so long as they don't forget their dispel button.
