I'm about to finish up a lvl 11 warrior and have been looking for potential new weapons to use. I currently use 2 of the hatebringer (the socket mace in TBC) but I was wondering if there was a good upgrade from those in WoD. But can't seem to find anything worth while

Could go for Rune Blade of Baron Rivendare. The health regen doesn't apply to warriors though. Drops from old strat.

Question: why does Hatebringer with x2 Lifestealing do more DPS than 2 epic weapons? Does lifestealing actually do that much damage? I had a fury warrior that ran with me that said lifestealing capped out at 25 dmg per hit so he put only 1 lifestealing and on the other weapon he put Elemental Force instead.

LS hits for 60-80 per hit. Whoever told you that didn't know what they were talking about. Watch the video in the 11 fury section.
to answer your question, yes LS makes Hatebringer x2 better than WF.

11 fury should be farming x2 speed proc Hatebringer.
Lifesteal makes them the best option until enchants get properly scaled.

https://www.wowhead.com/quest=27365/a-fitting-weapon can proc epic and will still be under the req lvl for enchants. Is the little bit of extra wep damage better then 3 gems, probably not, but have not tested.
