How does patch and RoP scale?

RoP 8 agi 4 crit
I think eyepatch is 8agi 13stam 8crit, not 100% sure as I'm not logged on atm. Picked it for the extra crit cus loom just gives haste now, not crit.

is there a definitive answer on weaps for combat rogues? you can't dual wield BoA thrash blades.

1x thrash and dagger in OH? just 2x sword/mace 1hs? 1h sword/mace and thrash oh?

i'm thinking with two elemental force enchants thrash/boa dagger might be best? or is the thrash proc not worth it over the SS damage and stats boosts on the 1h sword/mace?
