he is BiS if you go alliance you won't be able to get neck piece, or wand but add filter for wands go alliance obtainable and put 24 as top and you will get list of wands you can get. Other wise GL on being BiS you need luck to be BiS.

F2Ps of any lvl should post in the f2p section. 1-19 f2p topics should be in f2p section, not just lvl 20. If they want to throw a fit about every p2p comment that is about the 20-24 bracket let them deal with every f2p topic.
