24 lock vs 24 priest

So im looking for an interesting spec/class to make & i was thinking a lock or a priest . Now i know that these two classes are usually specced as shadow or destro for the godly burst

but i was thinking of a different approach disc & demo. Now i was wondering if anyone ever tried stam stacking Demo for fcing or stam stacking a disc priest for Fcing ? & if u have what was your experience & which would you prefer seeing.
 
I'd go Disc. The heals and bubbles are really nice, even when stam stacking. The Lock will have a nice leap for faster FC'ing, but also with the CC of a Priest, I think that a Priest will be superior to a Lock when FC'ing.
 
24 destro Vs. 24 SP both being similarly geared Destro will hand my my ass every time. Played disc @ 24 for a few days wasn't a fan too much healing not even pain for me. Now if your talking about going FC Disc all the way, CC out the ass, Bubble/massive heals Stam stack (+24 stam to gloves Stam and speed to boots) Would be nasty!

Running Discipline or Shadow depending on my moodswings. Got some stamina in this gearset while still missing 2 x AGM's. Toying around with Mending on weapon and using Boar's Speed when running flags. With a decent healer the hp buffer is nice and it's enough to survive even 2 ambushing rogues with buffs and shields. But still, as a clothie (and lacking Skills(tm)) I'm minced meat in a matter of seconds. The best use of that stamina is the psychological effect on the opponent, that is until they kill me and realize they are facing a nub.
 
I have both a shadow priest and a warlock and I hate playing the warlock unless I am queued with a good healer. The Spriest is just more fun and has better pugability.

Progressing with the project. Got one AGM now, thanks to the help of some friends!

Got 3860 hp with Fortitude, Elixir of Minor Fortitude, Rumsey Rum, and the Crystal of Vitality (thanks to TI for finding this cool item!) Mending on weapon was not proccing enough to be any useful, but Colossus procs alot and works great. Running holy now, still heal and dps like a wet towel with this spellpower gimped set, but love it nevertheless. In BG's I got 4439 hp with battle standard.

I can still get 80hp from replacing the 4stam trinket with another AGM, 10hp from Medicine Pouch, 30hp with deepdive helmet, 10hp from another 9stam ring. 10hp from a stamina heavy Sage's Gloves of the Eagle (if it still exists), Please point out if there is still something else I can gain more stamina from. And yes, I do realize this is all silly, there is really no sense in replacing the offhand to gain 1 stam and lose 5 int or the headpiece to lose all that haste, crit and intellect.

But, with buffs I COULD get to 4k health as a priest. Is it any use to anyone? Probably not. Are the reactions on random bg's worth it? Totally. :D

Edit: being the slow gnome that I am, I just realized I should use Scroll of Stamina II, because the stamina is affected byt the 10% from PW: Fortitude. So with the scroll instead of the elixr, I am at 3868 hp now.

Both are pretty much the same damage, I would say destro hits higher on average but versing eachother they're pretty equal I think, I was fighting a warlock with 2400 health, he had buffs ofc, but we fought eachother and we both died lol I killed him first though but then his immolate got to me before I could cast a heal, he was like 24-0 that bg so yeah I assume he was decent. I was like 18-2 because shaman blast off LM is annoying.

Yes I was. As I stated in my post before this one I'm now running as Holy. So you got a priest with low spellpower and subpar spec running headlessly around bg's. Free HK's people!

Who are the free hk's? You are a 24 among mainly f2p's.
